- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (preferred).
- Experience in process mapping tools.
- Strong documentation and redlining capabilities.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- 10+ years of experience in: (a) Contract management, (b) Commercial/legal documentation, and (c) Legal operations or process optimization.
- Strong experience working with: (a) Contract templates and playbooks, (b) Global stakeholders, and (c) Legal review and risk assessment frameworks.
