Proficient in utilizing Legal AI and Legal Tech tools for efficient contract review processes, including automated redlining and clause extraction.
- Strong knowledge of IP clauses, confidentiality, and privacy laws such as GDPR/DPDP to identify and mitigate legal risks effectively.
- Skilled in developing and refining contract templates, clause libraries, and automation workflows to enhance governance and operational efficiency.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end contracting processes while ensuring adherence to internal policies and improving contract governance practices.
