Senior Research Officer Vacancy At Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India (TRAI)

Name of the Post: Senior Research Officer

Pay Scale: Pay Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) in the Pay Matrix under 7^th CPC with allowances such as DA, HRA etc. as per Govt. Rules.

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Officers of the Central Government or the State Governments or the Union territory Administrations or autonomous body or statutory organisation or public sector undertakings or recognised university or recognised research institution: (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with four years' service rendered after appointment in the post on regular basis in level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500) or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; or (iii) with seven years of service in the grade of Section Officer in level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) or equivalent and one year of regular service in level-10 in the parent cadre.

· Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or Communications or Telecommunications or Computer Science or Information Technology or Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering recognized by All India Council for Technical Education; or

· Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Law or Management recognised by the University Grants Commission; or (iii) membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountant s of India or the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, as the case may be.
