Essential Qualification and Experience

• Full time bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University/Institute (3 years regular course); or Full time bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University/Institute (5 years integrated regular course).
• For Senior Section Officer (Legal) 6 Years or above post qualification supervisory level govt. sector work experience in specified areas mentioned below.
• For Section Officer (Legal) 5 Years or above post qualification supervisory level govt. sector work experience in specified areas mentioned below. The candidate should have experience in drafting and vetting of agreements, tenders, work proposals, MOUs, contracts and legal documents, preparing presentation of documentary & other evidences in legal proceedings, legal documentations, statutory compliance under various laws, rules, regulations related to labour laws, PF Act, tax laws and other applicable laws. Preparation of case files, writs and coordination with empanelled lawyers and providing assistance in arbitration, court cases including service matters, RTI matters, public grievances, etc. and all other associated legal matters.
• Preference shall be given to candidates presently working with Metro/Railways/Railway PSUs, /RRTS.
