UNCITRAL RCAP, IBBI, TNNLU & GCCIL: International Conference on 'MSMEs: Legislative and Regulatory Challenges' [February 3, 2022)

The UNCITRAL RCAP, IBBI, TNNLU and GNLU (Center for Corporate and Insolvency Law) are organizing an International Conference on 'MSMEs: Legislative and Regulatory Challenges' on 3rd February, 2022.

Given the impact that COVID-19 has had on the Indian economy, amendments were made to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code to keep MSMEs as a going concern, such as introduction of the pre-pack resolution scheme.
The conference is intended foster intense academic discussion which will help in identifying the correction needed so that MSMEs continue to stand as a major support to the Indian economy even after pandemic.
