Divided into four modules, the course covers restorative fundamentals, self and community care, restorative justice versus the criminal justice system, and real-world applications. Through role-plays and reflection-based exercises, participants will develop facilitation, communication, and conflict transformation skills, preparing them to apply restorative principles in their personal and professional lives.
