HNLU Signs MoU With State Planning Commission, Chhattisgarh

Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur entered in an MoU with the State Planning Commission of Chhattisgarh, in the presence of the Chief Minister and State Planning Board officials at a virtual signing ceremony held on 20th October 2020.

The State Planning Commission (SPC) is established to act as a think tank for providing evidence-based advisories to the State Government for achieving different development goals of present times without impairing the sustainable development for future generations.

HNLU will partner with SPC for:

  • The development and promotion of capacity building in areas of mutual interest
  • Sharing information and knowledge on areas of mutual benefits
  • Sponsoring collaborative seminars, workshops, exposure visits and other meetings on matters of mutual interest
  • Agreeing to share the findings of study carried out by the institution with other departments and agencies under the state government.

This Memorandum of Understanding shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of signature of parties. In case either party wishes to extend this MoU, it may be further extended for a period of one year by mutual consent.
