HNLU Team Secures Runner-Up Position At APCMC–ADC–ICC 2026, Wins Award For Best Relationship Building
A team from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur, comprising Arushi Yadav, Karnika H. Gaira, and Prashansa Verma, secured the Runner-Up position at the APCMC–ADC–ICC 2026 competition. The team also received the award for Best Relationship Building with the Other Teams.
Representing HNLU, the team progressed through various stages of the competition, which required participants to address complex dispute scenarios through mediation and negotiation. Participants were tasked with identifying the underlying interests of parties and developing practical and mutually acceptable solutions.
According to the institution, the team demonstrated skills in mediation, dispute resolution, strategic thinking, communication, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving throughout the competition. Their approach focused on understanding the interests and concerns of the parties while working towards commercially and practically viable outcomes.
The Best Relationship Building with the Other Teams award recognised the team's ability to foster constructive professional relationships and maintain a collaborative approach during the competition. The recognition highlights the role of professionalism and interpersonal engagement in effective dispute resolution.
The achievement marks a significant milestone for HNLU and reflects the growing participation of its students in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
