In order to make online payment of Court Fees, litigants have to access the portal- https://pay.ecourts.gov.in/. E-payment of Court Fees vide this portal can be done anytime and from anywhere.

Prior registration is not mandated to access this portal and payment can also be made using a mobile phone.

Furthermore, the web portal also permits payment to be made through a wide range of mediums such as - Net-banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and UPI mode. An E-receipt is also generated notifying the successful completion of payment which can be submitted at various filing counters of across Courts.

Consequently, the payment is collected by WBIFMS-GRIPS (Portal of Finance Department, Government of West Bengal).
