The Central Government has notified the appointment of six advocates as Additional Judges in the High Court of Kerala. The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended their names for appointment as Judges on 12 March 2024. They are:1. Shri Mullapally Abdul Aziz Abdul Hakim2. Shri Syam Kumar Vadakke Mudavakkat3. The Central Government has notified the appointment of six advocates as Additional Judges in the High Court of Kerala. The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended their names for appointment as Judges on 12 March 2024. 

They are:

1. Shri Mullapally Abdul Aziz Abdul Hakim

2. Shri Syam Kumar Vadakke Mudavakkat

3. Shri Harisankar Vijayan Menon

4. Shri Manu Sreedharan Nair

5. Shri Easwaran Subramani

6. Shri Manoj Pulamby Madhavan

The appointment is made for two years with effect from the date of assuming charge in the office. 

At Present, the Kerala High Court has 33 Permanent Judges, including the Chief Justice and 3 Additional Judges. The sanctioned Judge strength is 35 Permanent Judges including the Chief Justice and 12 Additional Judges.
