IBCMantra To Be Launched At Delhi High Court On August 4; Justice Vikram Nath To Lead Inaugural Ceremony

The IBCMantra, a free online commentary platform dedicated to insolvency and bankruptcy law, will be formally launched at the Delhi High Court on August 4, 2026, in the presence of Judges of the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court, senior members of the Bar, and legal practitioners.

The platform, titled "IBCMantra – The Law and Practice of Insolvency and Bankruptcy", has been authored by Senior Advocate Tarun Gulati and Advocate Kumar Sambhav. It has been conceived as a free and open online commentary on insolvency and bankruptcy law, dedicated to members of the Bar.

The launch event will commence at 4:30 PM at the S-Block Auditorium, 6th Floor, Delhi High Court, with the formal unveiling of the platform and its website as the highlight of the programme.

Senior Advocate Tarun Gulati will deliver the introductory remarks ahead of the launch, following which the platform and website will be formally unveiled. The programme will also include an address by N. Hariharan, President of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

The judicial addresses will commence with Justice (Retd.) Sudhanshu Dhulia, former Judge of the Supreme Court, followed by Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya of the Delhi High Court.

The event will further feature addresses by Justice Manmohan, Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, and Justice Vikram Nath, Judges of the Supreme Court of India. Justice Vikram Nath will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Justice Manmohan, Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, and Justice (Retd.) Sudhanshu Dhulia will attend as the Guests of Honour.

The programme will conclude with a vote of thanks by Advocate Kumar Sambhav.
