The President today notified the transfer of Justice Dama Seshadri Naidu from High Court of Kerala to Bombay High Court, accepting the proposal made by Supreme Court Collegium on January 11.

He is directed to assume charge on or before March 20, 2019.

On September 22,2017, the Collegium had recommend his reptriation to his parent High Court, the then High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telengana and Andhra Pradesh. In modification of that, the SC Collegium recommended his transfer to Bombay HC..

He was appointed judge of the then High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 21st September,2013.

He was later transferred to High Court of Kerala, where he took charge as a puisne judge on June 30, 2014. When the new High Court was formed for the State of Andhra Pradesh with effect from January 01, 2019, following the division of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telengana and Andhra Pradesh, it was declared to be his parent high court.
