The Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association has written to Chief Justice Mohammad Rafiq expressing its discontentment with the working pattern at Justice Rajeev Kumar Dubey's Court.

Apprising the Chief Justice of the ill-behavior shown by Justice Dubey towards all lawyers, the letter adds that several complaints have been received highlighting the use of derogatory remarks, disrespectful behavior, prior rigid mindset, non-inclination to hear the matters thoroughly etc.

It is further clarified that although no legally unjustified reliefs are expected by the advocates, the Bar has found the relief ratio as grated by Justice Dubey is only 5-10 %.

The Bar having already made several oral communications to apprise Justice Dubey after meeting him personally and requesting him, called for a general body meeting when no positive change in the working pattern was observed.

As such, the Association's President Raman Patel has requested the Chief Justice to take appropriate steps, failing which they would be left with no other option but to revolt.
