The Supreme Court Collegium has remitted the proposal for appointment of Judicial officer Dr. Shashikala Moody Anandappa Urankar, as Judge of the Karnataka High Court.
On the basis of material on record and having regard to all relevant factors, the Collegium is of the considered view that the proposal for elevation of Dr. (Smt.) Shashikala Moody Anandappa Urankar, Judicial Officer, deserves to be remitted to the Karnataka High Court, the resolution read.
