A Patna Court on Monday granted bail to Gyan Bindu GS Academy director Raushan Anand, booked in a case concerning vandalism of educator Khan Sir's coaching institute earlier this month where allegedly stones were pelted. 

As per PTI report, Anand got bail today. 

Previously on June 9, a Patna Court granted granted interim protection from arrest to Khan Sir in the matter. 

In the case three people, including Anand were arrested in the case. 

The case relates to an incident on June 2 when a group of 15-20 persons allegedly vandalised the premises of Khan Global Studies (KGS) in Patna and pelted stones at the coaching institute run by Khan Sir.

A day later, police detained two security guards associated with the institute after a purported video surfaced on social media allegedly showing them firing shots during the incident. According to the police, the weapons allegedly used in the firing were seized and sent for forensic examination. An FIR was subsequently registered at Kadamkuan police station, and the two guards are presently in judicial custody.
