The Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RSLSA) commemorated Constitution Day on 26 November 2025 with solemn reverence and renewed commitment to the constitutional ideals that strengthen India's democratic foundations. The occasion was graced by the presence of Mr. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, Acting Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court and Executive Chairman, RSLSA, whose guidance lent dignity and depth to the ceremony. The event was further honoured by Mr. Justice Vinit Kumar Mathur and other Judges of the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench.

The programme paid special homage to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, principal architect of the Indian Constitution, recalling his visionary commitment to liberty, equality, and fraternity and his lifelong dedication to building an inclusive and egalitarian social order. RSLSA reaffirmed its resolve to uphold and advance the constitutional ethos envisioned by Dr. Ambedkar.

The programme was conducted under the able guidance of the Mr. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, Acting Chief Justice, Rajasthan High Court and Executive Chairman, RSLSA and led by Member Secretary, RSLSA, Shri Hari Om Attri. The event witnessed the participation of the District Judges of Jaipur Metro-I, Jaipur Metro-II, and Jaipur District, senior judicial officers including ACJMs and CJMs, the District Collector, law students, and members of the Scouts and Guides, reflecting a collective commitment to constitutional values.

At the outset, the Acting Chief Justice, all the Judges, along with more than 500 students, collectively recited the Preamble. The unified reading of the Preamble created a profound moment of constitutional reaffirmation, inspiring the gathering to uphold justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity in public life.

Addressing the gathering, the Acting Chief Justice delivered an insightful message underscoring the enduring relevance of the Constitution. He invoked the constitutional promise of justice—social, economic, and political—and paid tribute to Dr. Ambedkar's transformative vision for an inclusive and progressive nation. He highlighted the role of citizens, especially youth, in faithfully discharging Fundamental Duties, and underscored the significance of the Directive Principles of State Policy as guiding norms for governance.

A spirited Samvidhan Jan Jagran Rally followed, promoting constitutional awareness, civic responsibility, and national unity. More than 500 students participated with enthusiasm, marching from the historic Albert Hall to New Gate in a symbolic celebration of India's democratic journey.

RSLSA also unveiled its official flag, representing institutional identity, public trust, and the Authority's mission of ensuring accessible justice and legal empowerment.

Further, extensive public dissemination was undertaken for RSLSA's already ongoing and impactful 90-Day Public Utility Service Redressal Drive titled न्याय आपके द्वार – लोक उपयोगिता सेवाओं से जुड़ी समस्याओं का सरल एवं त्वरित समाधान.” The drive, aimed at ensuring swift grievance redressal related to essential public utility services, has already received over 3,000 complaints. The Constitution Day dissemination sought to deepen public engagement, enhance awareness of available remedies, and encourage wider participation.

The commemoration stands as a testament to RSLSA's unwavering dedication to constitutional literacy, legal awareness, and access to justice. Held under the visionary guidance of the Acting Chief Justice and Executive Chairman, RSLSA, and led with administrative excellence by the Member Secretary, RSLSA, the programme united the judiciary, administration, students, and citizens in reaffirming the enduring spirit of the Constitution. RSLSA reiterates its steadfast resolve to continue advancing legal literacy, enriching public empowerment, and strengthening the justice delivery framework through sustained and innovative outreach endeavours.
