The PIN Code of the Supreme Court of India will be 110001, the registry clarified in a circular.

It said that the Department of Posts has proposed to withdraw the PIN Code 110201 allotted exclusively to the Supreme Court and restore earlier one.

The exclusive code 110201 was introduced by the Department of Posts in the year 2013 aiming faster delivery of petitions and other urgent mails to the Apex Court. Reasons for proposal to withdraw is not yet known.
