1. NALSA Front Office Guidelines: Participants delved into the guidelines provided by the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), shedding light on the best practices for effective functioning at the front offices.
2. Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987: A detailed exploration of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, was conducted, emphasising the legal foundations that govern the functioning of Legal Services Institutions.
3. Bihar State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998: The program included an in-depth review of the regulations specific to Bihar State Legal Services Authority, providing volunteers with a localised perspective on their responsibilities.
4. NALSA Schemes: The training elucidated the various schemes initiated by the National Legal Services Authority, offering volunteers insights into the broader framework of legal support services available to citizens.
5. BSLSA Scheme for Integration of Transgender-person And their Rehabilitation and Providing Access to Justice, 2023 (SITARA): A dedicated session was conducted to familiarise volunteers with the Bihar State Legal Services Authority's Scheme for Integration of Transgender-person. This aimed at sensitising volunteers to the unique challenges faced by the transgender community and their rehabilitation needs.
