The Bombay High Court will continue hearing the bail applications of AryanKhan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the drugs-on-cruise case today.
The cases are listed as item numbers 37, 38 and 39 and are expected to be taken at 2.30 PM.
A single bench of Justice Nitin W Sambre is hearing the applications. Yesterday, Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi had completed the arguments for Aryan Khan.
Senior Advocate Amit Desai had started arguments for Arbaaz Merchant yesterday. Today the court is expected to continue hearing the arguments of Desai and also Munmun Dhamecha's counsel.
Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh is likely to respond on behalf of the NCB.

Kashiff- Their (NCB) whole case is only on WhatsApp chats. Even if their case is taken on face value, I was found in conscious possession of 5 gms. Small quantity.
Kashiff says now the NCB is saying there are WhatsApp chats between Munmun and Ishmeet Chaddha.
Kaashiff- The case against me is completely bogus.
Kashiff says Munmun never consumed drugs.
Kashiff on conspiracy - says that section 29 has been misused not just against his client but others as well, by joining small quantity people with those from whom intermediary and commercial quantities were recovered.
Kashiff- The case against me is of conscious possession. I have no concern with the drugs. Even if I am medically examined now, nothing will be found. The NCB has failed to show my nexus or connection.
