Breaking: CA Examination: Opt Out Option Will Be With The Candidate, You Have To Respect It: Supreme Court To ICAI [LIVE UPDATES]

Order: Such candidate shall be permitted to repeat old and new course in 2021 subject to conducive situations.

Order: Candidates who have suffered personally or family members can be certified by medical practitioner, or for that he is disabled to appear for exam, he should be allowed to opt out and it should not be considered as an attempt.
