SG says he be allowed to file his report and be granted time till Monday, next week.

However, the CJI says that the petition of Delhi Riots and all other related petitions will be heard on Friday this week.

Gonsales adds that he’s disappointed with the sequence of events.

CJI: We also have experience in riots. Sometimes if you catch leaders and lock them up, the riots flare up.
