Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan fixes the matter on 5th February for directions.

Sibal: I join in with my friend on this request as no prejudice will be caused due to the stay order.

Justice Bhushan: We don’t plan on beginning on 25th. We will take a call after two weeks, if the matter should be heard virtually or physically.
