The Supreme Court has notified that short category matters, death penalty matters, and family law matters, which are ready, can be listed for hearing through video conferecing mode, subject to the availability of the concerned bench and the prior approval of the Chief Justice of India.

Parties desirous of taking up such matters through video conferencing have to furnish joint consent along with particulars of the matters earliest, latest by April 24 to the following email address :

"consent.list@sci.nic.in"
