Hansaria takes the Court through 19 representations received by EC, including one against Aggarwala, alleging that there was distribution of gifts to lure voters.

Hansaria: We had a bonafide calculation error. It did not affect the result.

Hansaria: There was a problem. We ourselves said we will recount. For VP, Secretary, Jt, Secretary, Treasurer - no representation was made.

Hansaria details the factual position

J Viswanathan: When you opened boxes of Executive Member posts, did you find any ballot for President?

Hansaria: One

Rai: I am not saying anything against Election Committee. Some mistake has happened. Dignified way is...members feel there should be re-election. There can't be any doubt on dignity of EC members 

J Kant: They acted bonafide. You've been very graceful. What you said makes sense.

J Kant: Dr Aggarwala, point is very simple. Difference is of 75 votes. On May 20, total were 2651. On recount yesterday, that has been reduced to 2576. 137 votes from which magic box you are counting?

Hansaria: To brand us as cricket team of Vikas Singh, that hurts

J Kant: Never take Dr Aggarwala seriously.

J Kant: There is ample documentary proof of a person coming and casting his vote. How many cases like Chandan Kumar?

It is replied that there are two persons by the name of Chandan Kumar

Rai: We found that more than 2593 ballots were issued. Number can't be 2651.

J Kant: So difference comes to 75 votes

Rai: One Chandan Kumar approached me and said when he went to vote, his vote was already cast...when everything was counted on camera on May 20, how is there is discrepancy?

J Kant: What is the record maintained of each voter?

Sr Adv Pradeep Rai: Recounting took place yesterday. Total no. of votes they got is 2580...please see the chart...on 20 May...each vote was shown on camera and counted...as per their declared result, total votes were 2651 (on May 20)...when we counted, they were 2576.

Aggarwala: A letter was written to them that Vikas Singh sought votes even after debate was over...

J Kant: This is dealt with...Probably the Committee was not supposed to do anything...we are only concerned about transparency, conduct and fairness of elections. Let's hear Mr Pradeep Rai (runner-up for post of President).
