Kapil Sibal: What’s happening is CBI is issuing notices to police officers in the state.

J Saran: 7th we will look into the matter. Principles of natural justice that you’re arguing, we should not pass orders without hearing the other side.

Sibal: No fresh cases to be registered.

Sibal: There are a lot of young people who’ve benefited. So many young women who are able to participate now, argue from home. There are many benefits too.

Justice Saran: It's a far more efficient system for some senior counsels appearing from different locations.

Justice Saran: Mr Sibal is getting in-person instructions. He will get in-person instructions but he doesn’t want to appear in person. None of the senior counsels wants to appear in person.

Sibal: This is according to me a far more efficient system.
