ABOUT THE MOOT:

University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, College of Legal Studies(COLS) conducts Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International ‘Energy Law’ Moot Court Competition to commemorate the legendry Dr. Paras Diwan, a renowned legal luminary, acclaimed jurist and writer par excellence, who has umpteen number of publications to his credit in the form of books and articles on family law. The CoLS now intends to hold the 7^th Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International ‘Energy Law’ Moot Court Competition from 7^th-9^th April, 2017.

Last date for Submission of Memorial- 25^th February, 2017

Last date for Registration- 26^th November, 2016

Last date for Provisional Registration- 21^st October, 2016

Release of Compromis, Rules and Schedule of the Competition- 30^th September, 2016

PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION:

All interested teams for the 7^th edition of the competition are requested to send provisional registration mail at mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in. The subject of the mail should mention as ‘College name-Provisional Registration for the 7^th Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International Energy Law Moot Court Competition, 2017’.
