In the fond memory of Late Justice R.K. Tankha, National Law Institute University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India (NLIU, Bhopal) for the first time organizing R. K. Tankha International Moot Court Competition, 2016.
Previously, the national edition of the NLIU-Justice R. K. Tankha National Moot Court Competition has gained repute and recognized as a moot that had guaranteed quality competition and insightful judging throughout the 5 editions.
The quality of participation has encouraged organizing committee to base the competition on International Law and invite international participation.

THEME
- R.K. Tankha International Moot Court Competition, 2016 will be based on a Compromise and the participants will test participants on aspects of International Commercial Arbitration which has proven to be a challenging and interesting field of law keeping in mind the recent developments.
