ABOUT THE COURSE

The Double Credit Course titled “Contemporary Developments in Family Law and Juvenile Justice” under Project KUTUMB aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the evolving landscape of family law and juvenile justice in India, with particular emphasis on modern reforms, judicial interpretations, and socio-legal challenges emerging from non-traditional familial relationships.
