Raju: To refine their strategy, conspirators formed the Delhi Protest Support Group (DPSG) for achieving their goals of terror incidents. For the communication and flashing the message, a WhatsApp group i.e., DPSG was also created.

Some so-called students of Jamia were also added in this DPSG group. To activate the students of Jamia, another group i.e., JMI Coordination Committee with WhatsApp group JCC was created on the instruction of DPSG member Umar Khalid.

JCC WhatsApp group was created using a mobile number, procured on fake documents which is a clear indication of dubious nature of usage that the number was put to and the hidden object that was sought to be achieved.
