The National Green Tribunal, has disposed off an application filed complaining of noise pollution, being caused by a Tata Telecommunications Building, in Bengaluru, after the Karnataka State Police Control Board filed a report stating remedial action has been taken.

The complaint was filed by applicant Shivannabe and others, stating that noise pollution caused by Tata Telecommunications Building at Sanjaynagar. The level of noise was said to be 65 to 80 decibels, even at night which was affecting the inhabitants of the area.

The tribunal called for a report from the state pollution control board which accordingly filed the report. Based on which the application was disposed of.
