A commentary authored by Justice L. Nageswara Rao, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and co-authored by Mr. Avinash Krishnan Ravi, Advocate, titled “Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016” published by Lexis Nexis, is scheduled to be launched on 20th May 2023 (Saturday).
The Book will be formally released by Justice Rohinton F Nariman, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, followed by which Justice Ashok Bhushan, Former Judge Supreme Court of India and Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, will be delivering the Introductory Remarks.
