Retired judges of Bombay High Court will also be attending, along with other professionals.
CADR is a charitable institution registered with the Charity Commissioner of Mumbai. CADR conducts training program across India through High Courts to train judges, advocates and other professionals including NGOs and students.
The main objective of these trainings is to reduce the backlog of cases pending in courts. The settlement between parties amounts to a decree of court or award of the arbitrator.
CADR conducts programs through donations and sponsors and mostly training is pro bono.
