About the webinar:

The object of the Webinar is to analyse the real problems and legal intricacies involved in these concepts. The debate on the topic that whether India follow the due process of law or procedure established by law has been going on for the time commencement of the Constitution of India. Further, the Hon'ble Supreme in many of its judgements has set the law that India now follows the due process of law however, there is still confusion on the point of "Substantive due process of law" and "Procedural due process of law".

The speaker in this webinar, in simplest way possible, explain the differences between Substantive due process of law" and "Procedural due process of law" on one side and "Procedure established by law" on the other.
