Vidhi Tamil Nadu: 'Rule Of Law Annual Lecture' By Dr. Arvind Subramanian On Fiscal Federalism
The second edition of Vidhi Tamil Nadu Rule of Law Annual Lecture will be held on 24th January, 2026. The lecture will be delivered by Dr Arvind Subramanian, economist and former Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of India, on the topic "Fiscal Federalism and Sub-Federalism: Who are Perpetrators and Who are Victims?"
This lecture series is part of Vidhi Tamil Nadu's efforts to foster public-facing conversations on pressing legal and policy issues in the state.
