The course objective is to provide orientation with the basic concepts of corporate laws on the whole.

  6. Corporate Social Responsibility

  7. Merger, De-Merger, Amalgamation, Compromises And Arrangements

  8. M&A Documentation

  9. Key Regulations of SEBI

  10. Foreign Exchange Control Regulations

  11. Introduction to Corporate Taxation

  12. Competition Law

  13. Employment Laws

  14. Intellectual Property Laws

  15. Introduction to Insurance Laws

  16. Introduction to Bankruptcy and Insolvency Code

  17. Dispute Resolution


Lectures shall be delivered by senior corporate lawyers from firms like DSK Legal, Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. There shall also be special lectures by leading Senior Advocate/Judge.

Eligibility:

Admissions are open to 2nd – 5th B.A.LL.B./B.S.L., LL.B. and LL.M. students

Registration:

Current Year ILS Student: Rs 15000/-

Others: Rs. 17000/-
