iPleaders is organising for the first time in India, Contract Drafting Marathon on 13th July, 2013 at New Delhi.
iPleaders team will train the participants on how to draft various contracts including Non-disclosure Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Marketing agreements, Service provider agreements, Employment agreements, Consultant and freelancer agreements, Lease Agreements and Shareholders Agreements and Share Subscription Agreements. The participants will also have access to draft templates. Thereafter, all the participants will be asked to draft a contract.
The winner of the Marathon will be decided on the basis of time used and quality of the contract which he/she has drafted. The winner will receive a cash prize of Rs. 4000.
Rs. 1100 will be charged as participation fee and all participants will be entitled to a participation certificate.
