Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade point average with 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience, of six years.

• Out of which, three years should be at Pay Level 7 (44900-142400) or one year should be at Pay Level 8 (47600-151100) or equivalent. The Law degree should be recognized by the Bar Council of India.

• Candidates having knowledge of Central/ State laws, Statutory regulation, Service rules, Labour laws and Contract Management and having experience in corporate/ institutional legal department providing solution to legal matters will be preferred.
