Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's in law (LL.B.) from a recognized University.

• For retired Govt. Employees: Retired Officer from the level of Section Officer/Under Secretary/Deputy Secretary/Director or equivalent in the Govt. of India/aftached subordinate offices/Central Autonomous bodies with minimum 05 years' experience.

• For other (Open Market):' Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with Central Gov/attached subordinate offices/Central Autonomous Bodies.

• Handling of Court Cases/ Arbitration cases of Hon'ble CAT, High Court and Supreme Court Level.

• Experience in the matters related to recruitment establishment contractual/ Administration/ Accounts/ Vigilance matters etc.

• Experience in Legal Procedure/Arbitration matters.

• Experience in legal vetting of Tender/Contract/MoU Agreement.

• Knowledge of Government Administration Regulations.

• Must have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
