Empanelment Of Advocates At Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invites applications from eligible practicing Advocates for empanelment to represent ESIC before various courts such as the Hon'ble High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Industrial Courts, E.l. Courts, District and Subordinate Courts, State District Consumer Disputes Redressal commission/Forums, NCLT and other tribunals judicial/quasi-judicial forums all over Karnataka for a period of three years or such period may be notified.

Essential Qualification and Experience
- The applicant must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University in India.
- The applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India/ State Bar Council and must be in active practice at bar.
- The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience for Hon'ble High Courts and various benches of Hon'ble CAT. However, for district level Courts and other forums, the applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- The applicant should have sound professional reputation, good communication skills and adequate office infrastructure such as accessible office/chamber, staff and communication facilities.

- Interested candidates are required to submit in their application in the prescribed format and shall submit it to The Regional Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Regional Office, Panchadeep Bhavan, No.10, Binnyfields, Tank Bund Road, Near ETA Mall, Binnypet, Bangalore-560023" in a sealed envelope on or before 11.08.2026 by 5 PM.
- The envelope should be superscripted with 'Application for Empanelment of Advocate'.
