Essential Qualification and Experience
- Education to be MBA / CA / CFA
- LL.B. candidacy is a plus
- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks governing equity capital markets transactions, including SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act 2013.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support capital market transactions including IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and rights issues.
- Understanding of the execution processes and ability & experience to execute ECM assignments
- Managing virtual data room (VDR) and handholding client on various aspects of IPO DD Checklist
- Manage due diligence processes covering financial, legal, and compliance aspects
- Co-ordination and involvement with BRLMs and law firms in preparation of documentation, assisting in due diligence and managing the overall stage wise execution till listing
- Analytical and financial modelling skills
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation support, and capital structuring for IPO transactions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Decent PPT skills for development of pitch decks & proposals
- Good Excel Skills is a must
