Remuneration: Consolidated Rs. 60,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives of Rs. 20,000.00 for filing three patents per month.

Age Limit: 40 Years

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Graduation/Post Graduation in Science, Engineering, and/or Law from a reputed institute having Intellectual Property, Patents Act, and Rules as one of the subjects.

· Experience in the field of patent drafting, patent analysis, patent searching, and patent examination, etc., from a reputed institute/ organization for a minimum period of 5 Years and filed a minimum of 30 patents.

· Candidates with good exposure to research and development activities, with good knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights, the Patents Act, and the Rules.
