Remuneration: Rs. 1,00,000/- One lakh (Consolidated)

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Rights / Law. (ii) An academic/scholar of outstanding track record in the area of IPR and aligned area of studies. (iii) Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments in relevant area; (iv) Retired Officials of IP Offices under CGPDTM having experience of 5 years of working at GP ₹ 6600/- or above as Controller of Patent & Design or Registrar of Trademark & Geographical Indications or Registrar of Copyrights); (v) An outstanding professional with established reputation in the field of IPR, who has made significant contribution to knowledge in the field (to be substantiated by credentials); (vi) Teaching or Industry experience of 10 years in a reputed organization is required.

• Desirables: (i) Experience in teaching/research in premier law universities/colleges in relevant area; (ii) Excellent inter-personal and team-building skills; (iii) Ability to innovate and to improve research, training and extension activities or services and to pursue interesting new ideas and new methods in the field of IPR.
