Delhi State Legal Services Authority invites online application for the post of Legal Services Advocates in North-East District Legal Services Authority for providing Legal Services in the Courts of MM, ASJ, ADJ, Family and Civil Judges Panels.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Applicant must have an experience of five (05) years at Bar as on 25.02.2025 of conducting cases in following panels: (a) Empanelment in ASJ Courts (NDPS, POCSO, CBI, Special Courts), (b) Empanelment in ADJ/Civil Courts (ADJs, LAC, MACT, Labour etc.), (c) Empanelment in Family Courts.

• Applicant must have an experience of three (03) years as on 25.02.2025 of conducting cases in following panels: (a) Empanelment in Courts of Judicial Magistrates First Class (CJM, ACJM & JMFC), and (b) Empanelment in Civil Courts (Civil Judge, ARC, ACJ, SCJ, Guardianship, etc).
