National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Limited invites application for the post of Manager (Legal) on deputation basis.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Full-time bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.). The degree should be recognized by Bar Council of India.

• Should have minimum work experience of 10 years with at least 4 years in Managerial Cadre in Legal Dept. at L-10 as per the analogy of 7th CPC in - Organizations having implemented 7th CPC or in Govt./ PSUs / NCDC / Cooperatives.

• Should be well versed in legal matters/ litigation of the Federation. Incumbent will also have to looking after the arbitration matters and other matters of conciliation. adjudications etc. before different Forum/ Tribunal Courts and any other authorities.

• He/she will also represent organization in various disputes Redressal Forums, District Courts, Civil Courts, Tribunal, High Court and Supreme courts. knowledge of arbitration, recover suits, check bounce matters, consumer disputes, laws related to labour laws. civil and criminal etc. To draft legal documents, lease Agreements, vet documents and to give opinion on legal issues.

• Having expertise in dealing with Legal matters related to arbitration, civil suits, commercial litigation, labour matters, consumer cases, recovery of money etc.
