- Nine years of experience in an executive cadre in the filed of General Administration / Personnel & Industrial Relations in an Industrial / commercial/ government undertaking.
- Desirable: Post graduate degree/ diploma in personal management/ industrial relations/ social work/ labour welfare or allied subjects or degree in law from a recognized university / institution.
