Essential Qualification and Experience
Nyaaya Kannada Lead
• Minimum five years of experience in either practicing or teaching law.
• Fluency (particularly, in writing) in Kannada and English
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to take ownership of a project, manage end-to-end execution and work in a cross-functional team.
• Strong leadership abilities for effectively guiding and collaborating with a diverse team of lawyers.
Nyaaya Hindi Lead
• Minimum five years of experience in either practicing or teaching law.
• As the Hindi Lead, one must possess exceptional proficiency in the Hindi language, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership abilities for effectively guiding and collaborating with a diverse team of lawyers. One should exhibit a proactive approach in leading and motivating team members to achieve common goals.
