Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission invites applications for the appointment of Law Officer.

Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Hind/Sanskrit up to matriculation or Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Standards.
- Must be a member of Bar association.
- Must have at least 10 years of legal practice and should have exclusively practiced in electricity laws for a minimum of 7 years before APTEL or Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, or any other State Electricity Regulatory Commission.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in handling legal matters in middle-level position in Central or State Government or any PSU involving administrative, commercial and contract law.
- Experience in drafting statutes and/or legislation.
