Mr. Arun Mani Has Joined As A Partner And Head Of Bengaluru Office At Indialaw LLP

Arun is a dual qualified lawyer (India & UK) with close to two decades of experience in contract and project advisory, claims management, corporate commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in various sectors spanning energy, infrastructure, real estate, technology and waste management.

He specialises in advising clients during the whole lifecycle of projects. He has counseled major private and public sector infrastructure companies on various mega and smaller infrastructure projects in India, MENA and Asia regions, including project implementation contract management, project advisory, project financing, drafting and reviewing EPC and project contracts, due diligence of vendors and subcontractors and contract negotiations with project stakeholders and dispute resolution, contributing to the successful execution, implementation and completion of high-value contracts.

He also regularly provides strategic advise to startup founders on devising and implementing optimum business structure keeping in view the business goals and developing systems for corporate compliances to catalyse their scale up.

Prior to joining IndiaLaw, he has worked with Archeus Law, HSA Advocates and in the Chambers of Mr. C.S. Vaidyanathan, Senior Advocate.
