Obhan & Associates Represents Spectacom Global In Its Pre-Series A Funding By Rainmatter Health

Spectacom Global Private Limited (''Spectacom Global'') is a start-up operating in the wellness space, that creates path breaking health and fitness digital content and online training programmes. Spectacom Global owns BunkerFit, a state of the art, integrated and India's only vernacular holistic health and wellness app, which offers comprehensive modules on yoga, mindfulness, nutrition etc. Spectacom Global also holds a majority stake in Devils Circuit, India's largest obstacle running series, which was launched in 2012.

Spectacom Global raised Rs. 11 Crores in its Pre-Series A round from Rainmatter Health. Rainmatter Health is an initiative by Zerodha, one of India's largest online platforms for investment in stocks, derivatives etc. Spectacom Global plans to use the raised capital to drive growth by launching additional participative IPs and investing in content development, marketing and hiring.

Obhan & Associates acted as the legal counsel to Spectacom Global and reviewed and negotiated the transaction documents.

The transaction was led by a team comprising of Ashima Obhan (Senior Partner), Akanksha Dua (Principal Associate) and Shuchi Dutta (Associate).
