Kochhar & Co. Announces Strategic Team Expansion In Delhi, Bolstering Its Corporate M&A, Private Equity And Dispute Resolution Capabilities
Kochhar & Co. has announced the addition of a ten-lawyer team to the Firm, including Ketan Mukhija as Partner (Corporate & M&A) and Co-Head of the Venture Capital practice, Abhinav Agnihotri as Partner (Dispute Resolution), and Guneet Singh Chadha as Partner (Corporate & M&A).
This addition reinforces the Firm's pan-India capabilities and complements Kochhar & Co.'s established strengths. The incoming partners bring strong advisory, transactional and litigation credentials, deep sectoral experience, and a client-focused approach that aligns seamlessly with the Firm's longstanding culture of excellence.
Ketan Mukhija enjoys significant experience in advising multinational corporations and institutions, private equity funds, venture capital investors, founders, and strategic acquirers on complex investment structures, high-value M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, banking and finance matters, competition law, and employment-related issues. A graduate of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, Ketan has previously worked with leading Indian and international law firms, including Herbert Smith Freehills, London. He has also held senior in-house leadership positions within large infrastructure-focused enterprises, bringing a strong commercial and strategic perspective to his transactional and advisory skillsets.
Abhinav Agnihotri joins the Firm with extensive expertise in construction and infrastructure disputes, public law, employment disputes, regulatory disputes and white-collar crime matters. Abhinav has advised corporates and financial institutions in nuanced, multi-jurisdictional and high-stakes contentious proceedings, including matters involving governmental and quasi-judicial authorities.
Guneet Singh Chadha has substantial experience in advising clients on complex corporate and commercial matters with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. With over a decade of experience, he has served as Senior Legal Consultant at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and has worked with leading top-tier law firms and an international private equity firm. Guneet also brings valuable experience from advising clients in the UAE, adding strong transactional and cross-border capabilities to the Firm.
